• Acquisition of Autodynamics OTS business

  On, July 30, 2008, RSI SIMCON Inc., an IFP Group company, announced that it has signed an agreement with Trident Computer Resources, Inc. to purchase its AUTODYNAMICS™ Operator Training Simulation business.

• RSI SIMCON has acquired ABB OTS business

  RSI SIMCON and ABB entered a purchase agreement whereby ABB has agreed to sell its Operator Training Simulation business to RSI.
  The new simulation company will be known as RSI SIMCON.

  RSI SIMCON becomes a shareholder of HKD

  RSI SIMCON and HKD signed an agreement by which RSI SIMCON owns 25% of HKD shares. The combined expertise of HKD and RSI SIMCON will expand their outstanding and competitive process simulation services to the Oil & Gas, Refining and Petrochemicals industries.
